Can I choose specific colors for my logo or artwork?

Absolutely. We’ll send a digital mockup of your design for approval before anything goes into production. We want you to feel confident that your order will turn out exactly the way you envisioned. Nothing goes into production without your approval, unless it is an exact reorder.

Can I see a sample before placing my order?

Yes. Once you select your product and upload your design, you will be able to review a digital proof before moving forward with your order. This helps you confirm the look, placement, and details before production begins.

What decoration methods do you offer?

We currently offer two custom decoration methods: embroidery and screen printing. Available options will depend on the product you select and how you want your design applied.

Can I use my own logo or design?

Yes. You can upload your own logo, artwork, or design directly through our customization tool and preview it on your selected apparel before placing your order.

How long will it take to get my order?

Turnaround time depends on the product, decoration method, and order size. Once your order is submitted, you will be able to track its progress through your dashboard, where timeline and status updates are provided throughout the process.
