We encourage every customer to review the digital proof carefully before approving. Once you approve your proof, production begins and we are not able to accommodate design changes.
Getting help is simple. Here's what to do:
If a physical return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You will never pay out of pocket to send back an item that has a confirmed production defect.
You may cancel or modify your order at any time before production begins. Once your proof has been approved and the order is sent to production, cancellations and changes cannot be accommodated.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to catch your order in time.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Store credit is also available as an alternative to a cash refund and may be applied to any future order.
